The Computer & Information Technology (IT) Services Division is responsible for maintaining centralized information processing, telecommunications, and networking systems to all departments and divisions within the City. Contract IT staff manage the daily operations and support for network and server infrastructure and computing resources of the City.
 

Support services include:

  • System Analysis
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance Management
  • Training

Information Technology services are provided through a competitively procured professional services contract with an Information Technology Management Services firm.
